It doesn't matter how old you are, this movie is the ultimate way to celebrate the season. It's sweet, warm, and it reminds us why we love Halloween, pumpkins, friends, and the festive Fall season.

"The child, is a mouse!" A young boy finds himself in the middle of a witch convention. These broom-toting ladies have developed a plot to rid the world of the most despised beings: children! When the boy is discovered among them, the witches (lead by Anjelica Hustun) turn him into a mouse. He runs away before they're able to step on him, and with the help of his trusting (human) grandmother devises a plan to stop the witches from turning all the world's children into mice!

"Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice." ... After an awful accident, a married couple discovers that they're actually dead and trapped on Earth. They elicit the help of Beetlejuice, a people exorcist, to help them frighten the family who has moved into their home. But Beetlejuice is out to do more than give them a good scare.

You'll never be afraid of monsters under your bed again ... Monsters, Incorporated generates power by eliciting screams from children. But, in reality, these furry beasts and one-eyed Cyclops are absolutely terrified of kids! Somehow a sweet little girl follows Sully, a lovable big blue monster back to Monsters, Inc. headquarters. He has to help her find a way back home before she is discovered and causes mayhem among the monsters.

Seriously, what goes on in Tim Burton's wacky brain? A lonely, sweet, and misunderstood young man (Johnny Depp, anyone?) who has scissors for hands falls in love with a beautiful young woman (Winona Ryder). The community welcomes him into their lives until something goes terribly wrong. 

"Who you gonna call: Ghostbusters!" Four funny friends form an unlikely business at an old, abandoned firehouse exercising the demons and ridding New York City of the ghosts, goblins, and supernatural evils that haunt it.

A cult classic, The Goonies is about group of boys who are on the hunt for "One-Eyed" Willy's hidden treasure through mysterious caverns and caves. But they have to outwit and outrun the frightening Fratelli crime family who are out to get them.

One year after the death of her mother, Sidney Prescott is the target of a masked killer. One-by-one her high school classmates are being murdered. She doesn’t know who she can trust, and questions everyone’s motives. Beware wimps, Scream is actually scary. But it’s also really funny. And you get to watch Courteney Cox and David Arquette fall in love on the silver screen and in real life.

Who knew a crazy-creepy family could be so lovable? Morticia, Gomez, Uncle Fester, Wednesday, and Pugsley make us want to join them at the dinner table. Uncle F. has been missing for years. When he suddenly turns up (and questions their spooky, conniving ways,) the family doubts whether he is really the long-lost Addams brother or a frightening phony.

Crazy, quirky, and a bit disturbing, The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a true cult classic. An innocent newlywed couple is stranded in the middle of nowhere after their car breaks down. They seek refuge at the creepy and cavernous castle of one Dr. Frank-N-Furter, a mad scientist/transvestite. An insane night of music and madness ensues. It’s truly a good (and weird) time filled with audience participation and dancing. (Added bonus: Susan Sarandon is absolutely adorable back in the day. And she runs around in her panties a lot … That’s one way to get the boyfriend hooked this Halloween.)
